Personal Training with Steve Purfeerst

Steve Purfeerst is a certified personal trainer with over 25 years of experience in weight training, personal fitness coaching, and customized nutrition planning. He offers a results-driven, supportive approach to help you reach your individual fitness goals—whether you're a beginner or looking to advance your current routine.

Training Includes:

  • One-on-one personal training sessions

  • Goal-oriented fitness programs

  • Personalized nutrition and diet guidance

Crosslake Fitness is a small-town gym with a big heart.

Owned and operated by Steve and Holly Purfeerst, we’ve been proudly serving the Crosslake community since 2016. Steve’s lifelong dream of owning a gym began in an unfinished basement back in 2001—and through years of hard work, passion, and a love for fitness, that dream became reality.

We keep things simple:

Clean equipment, a supportive environment, and a personal touch. Steve is here daily to help with form, equipment, or fitness tips—while Holly keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes (and in the gym). Whether you’re new to fitness or a long-time member, we’re here to support your journey.
